Hosted by singer and actor, Jerome Kaluta, the musical program includes performances by the multi-talented Ian Stratis, and the living legend of disco DJ Nicola Lavacca. The evening's program could not miss the impressive choreographies of the Dancing Fountains at the Canal, the Ice Rink, the Light Installations, and many more happenings at the SNFCC! At midnight, visitors will have the opportunity to enjoy a spectacular fireworks show, which will light up the Attic sky and welcome 2025 with sparkle and color. Immediately afterwards, the starting signal will be given for the first race of the year, the now well-established SNF RUN: 2025 FIRST RUN of the Stavros Niarchos Foundation (SNF), implemented in collaboration with non-profit Regeneration & Progress.
Free admission.
Opening time 22:30 (EET).
The event will be live broadcasted on Greek national broadcaster ERT2, the SNFCC website, and our website.
The SNFCC: It’s a lot closer than the North Pole!
Yet again, the Stavros Niarchos Foundation Cultural Center (SNFCC) will transform into a fairytale destination full of festive events this winter. OnDecember 1 the Christmas spirit arrives with a big celebration in the SNFCC's Agora through a festive program that was -this year too- broadcasted in the lobby of Lincoln Center’s David Geffen Hall as part of the Stavros Niarchos Foundation-Lincoln Center (SNF-LC) Agora Initiative.
The SNFCC hosted a whole festive month of holiday activities for everyone! The ice rink by the Canal, lighting installations, the dancing fountains, the thousands of lights and the decorated fir trees were just a few of the elements that every visitor could enjoy. Concerts, movie screenings, surprise happenings in the Agora and a series of activities curated by the SNFCC Youth Council rounded out a month of festivities full of joy and magic.
The SNFCC Christmas World comes to life through support from SNF. All activities and events are free or accessed with very affordable tickets.
